€15 of Administrative fees are added to the rental price
Cancellation insurance: 4.5% of booking amount. This insurance is optional. Please refer to the cancellation insurance policy.
Tourist tax is added to the rental price. It has to be payed to Chatel Reservation simultaneously as the deposit or directly at the real estate agency on the day of your arrival.
A damage deposit has to be payed to the owner or the real estate agency during the check-in inventory. The deposit amount is fixed by the owner or the real estate agency.
Charges (water and electricity) are included in your holiday rental price.
