These guarantees only apply to services booked through Châtel Réservation, (the cost of emergency assistance on the slopes is only covered if the skipass / MTB pass has been purchased and insured via Châtel Réservation)

CHATEL RESERVATION will refund* you in the following cases:
  • Containment
  • Travel restrictions
  • Quarantine imposed in your town or country
These measures have to be in effect at the moment of your stay.
* Refund of the entire amount of your booking except 40 € of administrative fee.
