What are the booking terms and conditions ?
Once your have chosen your accommodation, Chatel Reservation will ask you:
If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you have to pay the full amount of your booking.
- to pay a 25% deposit within 2 days to confirm your booking
- to pay the balance 30 days prior to your arrival
If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you have to pay the full amount of your booking.
How do I cancel my stay with Châtel Réservation ?
To cancel your reservation at Châtel, please contact us by email specifying:
- The reservation number
- Your name and surname
- The reason for your cancellation
What are the payment options ?
For your convenience, choose from the following ways of payment:
- credit card (secured payment)
- check
- bank transfer
Are there any additionnal costs with Chatel Reservation ?
Administrative fees are added to the rental price:
Tourist tax is added to the rental price. It has to be payed to Châtel Réservation simultaneously as the deposit or directly at the real estate agency on the day of your arrival.
A damage deposit has to be payed to the owner or the real estate agency during the check-in inventory. The deposit amount is fixed by the owner or the real estate agency.
Charges (water and electricity) are included in your holiday rental price.

- 10€ for stays up to 4 nights

As experienced travellers know that the unexpected can happen, Chatel Reservation systematically propose to our customers to take out a multirisks stay insurance (4.5% of the total booking amount).
- The customer must take out the insurance before he pays the deposit.
- The subscription is not compulsory but in that case there will be no refund in case of cancellation and the client will have to pay the entire amount of the booking at the contract due date.

Is final cleaning service included in my booking ?
In a general way, end of stay cleaning has to be made by the client before to leave.
