After payment of the deposit on our website, you will receive a booking confirmation with all your details (dates of stay, accommodation name and description) and the arrival instructions (accommodation address, owner contact details).
In Chatel, animals are not always allowed in apartment, hotel or chalet rentals.
Please refer to your accommodation's description.
On the Chatel Reservation website, you can refine your holiday rental search search by selecting the 'pets allowed' criteria.
Are bikes allowed in Chatel Reservation accommodation ?
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to enter bikes/mountain bikes in the chalets or apartments and to store it on the balconies.
With Chatel Reservation, you can choose an accommodation with a bike storage by selecting the criteria "mountain bikes welcome" in your search.
What are instructions for arrival and keys collection with Chatel Reservation?
Chatel Reservation IS NOT in charge of the key delivery.
The owner, its representative or the real estate agency will welcome you in Chatel for the key collection.
Check-in are generally after 4pm and check-out before 9am. Please refer to your contract to know the exact arrival time and the person to contact before your arrival in Chatel.
How to understand the star ranking of accommodation with Chatel Reservation?
In France, an independent certified control agency is approved to visit and classify furnished accommodations according to a national reference table containing 112 criteria.
This accommodation ranking defines the tourist local tax amount.

Chatel Reservation helps you to find accommodation providers who are members of the Multi Pass! When searching, select the criteria "Multi Pass member" or "Multi Pass included". NB: the Multi Pass Portes du Soleil programme is only valid in summer! For more information, click here.
Where can I get my exchange vouchers and Ski/MTB passes?
1. You have chosen for postal delivery: The pre-booked services (MTB/ski passes, card for ski lessons) and/or the exchange voucher (ski equipment/Spa Oceane treatment) will be sent to you 10 days before the start of your stay. No modification of the file will be possible after this period.
2. You have chosen to collect your services on site: The exchange voucher (ski equipment/ Spa Oceane treatment/) and/or pre-booked services (MTB/ski passes, card for ski lessons) will be available, on the day of your arrival, for collection from the Chatel Reservation office, 281 route de Thonon, 74390 Chatel.
Please note: if your holiday rental is managed by an estate agent, the services are available at that agency.
