What are instructions for arrival and keys collection with Châtel Réservation?
The owner, its representative or the real estate agency will welcome you in Châtel for the key collection.
Check-in are generally after 4pm and check-out before 10am.
Please refer to your contract to know the exact arrival time and the person to contact before your arrival in Châtel.
Chatel Reservation IS NOT in charge of the key delivery.

Where can I get my service vouchers and passes booked with Châtel réservation ?
At your arrival, your vouchers and passes will be ready at Châtel Réservation office: 281 route de Thonon, 74390 Châtel. Except if you have booked an accommodation managed by a real estate agency. In that case your vouchers and passes will be at your disposal at the agency.
