Avons passé un très bon séjour à Châtel. Très bon accueil de Châtel Résa et de l'agence Cruz, avons apprécié les navettes de bus qui permettent de se déplacer dans la station.
Seul bémol : avons découvert à notre arrivée un lave-vaisselle plein de vaisselle sale, un mini-four et un grille-pain inutilisables en raison de leur état de saleté.(non utilisés bien qu'indiqués dans le descriptif)
Pour le lave-vaisselle, l'agence nous a fourni des tablettes de lavage.
