Rental terms :
Arrival on Saturday from 5pm
Late arrival : you have to warn the reception, they will indicate you the process and the code to enter in.
Departure on Saturday, all apartment must be available before 10am. Please take apointment for check-out with the residence reception.
Depending on the opening time of the reception, you can carry out the usual formalities during the afternoon (deposit, local tax, ...) and collect your keys at 5pm.
Local Tax : to be paid on site - 2€ per day per person (+ 18 years old)
Deposit :
A deposit of 500€ ( in two time : apartment + cleaning) will be paid at arrival and given back at departure after the check-out, or returned by post in case of departure out of the office openning time;
