Service(s) can be cancelled and reimbursed FREE OF CHARGE* up to the day of arrival, for any reason whatsoever: weather, lack of snow, accident, etc.
* Except cancellation insurance.

Please note: This is not a voucher. Under no circumstances can this confirmation be exchanged for a ski equipment pack.

Collecting your voucher :
1. You have opted for home delivery: 

• The exchange voucher will be sent to you 10 days before the start of your holiday. No changes can be made after this time. 

2. You have opted to collect the voucher from your accommodation: 

• If the keys to your accommodation are collected from an estate agency, your exchange voucher will be available there. 
• If the keys to your accommodation are collected from a private owber, a residence de tourisme or Roca Immobilier, your exchange voucher will be available at the Châtel Réservation office.
