Positif : Spacieux et bien situé Négatif : Un peu vieillot et équipement assez moyen. Moquette trouée, peu de couverts, aspirateur peu performant, lave-vaisselle encrassé (ne lavait plus bien), canapé vétuste recouvert d'un drap rouge et coussins défraichis, Nape de la table à manger défraichie...
