Très jolie appartement,vmc très bruyante je suis du métier,le chauffage doit partir dans la vmc,je reviendrai sûrement l'année prochaine

Seul bémol du logement : le chauffage qui est programmé non modifiable, et pas forcément adapté
- trop chaud dans les chambres
- limite confortable dans la pièce à vivre
- la sdb chauffée uniquement le matin et le soir
