There was a misinformation regarding the closure time of the rental agency. In our contract, it said they close at 7pm and we have to pick up our keys until then, but while we were still travelling to Chatel, we received a phone call (we appreciate this) and we were being told that the office closes at 6pm, a timing we couldn't make. Fortunately the staff of the rental agency was friendly enough to manage a key hand-over. Great service, but we recommend to check the info on website and contracts
