La propriétaire est sympathique, mais le logement est maintenant vieillot, particulièrement la salle de bain. Dans la résidence en face le prix au mètre carré pour un appartement une chambre est moins élevé (appartement refait à neuf, réservé par des amis la même semaine que nous).
