Appartement bien agencé, bien placé. Mais point de vue propreté, à revoir.
Les alèses des lits étaient sales, paquet de poussière sur le lambris mural (comme des toiles d’araignées).
Beaucoup de poussière dans l'appartement.
Cuisine, le coin poubelle était écœurant. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas.
Pas informés...
Salle de bain pas très nette.
Il faudrait vraiment faire un effort sur le nettoyage, après chaque locataire....
Je conseillerai ce logement à un ami, si il était propre.

A ce jour, la personne chargée de l'entretien a été remplacée et désormais, la propreté de l'appartement est impeccable.
