Très chaud dans la logement sans possibilité de réguler la température. Un seul thermostat pour ce logement et celui situé en dessous qui était loué par d'autres locataires et qui eux avaient froid. Dommage de devoir ouvrir les fenêtres même en pleine nuit pour avoir une température acceptable.
