Appartement récent, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Très bonne situation dans le centre de Châtel, à proximité immédiate du télécabine de Super-Châtel et des commerces. Mais cela induit forcément aussi un peu plus de bruit en journée en raison de la proximité de la route et d'un bar plus actif le week-end. Le bilan général reste très positif. D'autant plus que les multipass (été) sont offerts par le propriétaire.
