Lors que la signature du contrat de location, il est indiqué sur celui-ci "en rouge" que la caution sera à régler à l'arrivée sauf que vous nous obligez à régler celle-ci avant notre arrivée. Lorsque que l'on ne connaît pas votre organisme, nous nous méfions des fraudes. Cette pratique n'est pas rassurante pour le locataire.
En revanche, après plusieurs appels téléphoniques pour prise de renseignements, le personnel a toujours été très accueillant et professionnel.
