Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que la propreté du logement n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre retour a été transmis au propriétaire afin qu'une attention particulière soit portée à la qualité du nettoyage pour les prochains séjours. N'hésitez pas à nous en informer de ce type de problème dès votre arrivée afin que nous puissions intervenir dans les meilleurs délais. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau à Châtel.

Comme l année précédente, nous avions demandé une nuit supplémentaire pour partir le dimanche mais cette année cela a été refusé à priori par conciergerie d après l equipede Chatel reservation. Dommage car à priori le propriétaire était OK pour un départ dimanche matin
