Bon état général de l’appartement. La rénovation de la salle d’eau et des toilettes est très réussie. Le reste de l’appartement est très fonctionnel, mériterait un « coup de jeune » pour le rendre davantage agréable (peinture murale en particulier)
Cet appartement est idéalement placé au cœur du village, face à l’eglise et à 2 pas des commerces essentiels. Il bénéficie d’une place réservée au parking public de Chatel, également face à la résidence.
