Super terrasse et vue. Bel appartement dont la pièce de vie a été rénovée. Grandes chambres avec du rangement, présence du garage un gros atout.
On le sait quand on loue, mais les chaises hautes, c’est pas top pour passer de bonnes soirées à table, le repas devient vite un moment « expédié ».
Attention si vous êtes sensible au bruit ; vous êtes sous le toit (en tôle), s’il fait mauvais cela pourrai vous gêner . Les stores de velux sont en fin de vie, un replacement serait appréciable.
