- L heure d arrivée est trop tardive. Un plus si possibilité de réception des clés pour midi et le départ pour 10 h au lieu de 9.
- Difficulté pour manœuvrer pour rentrer le véhicule dans le box .
- « Mesquinerie » des propriétaires quant aux multiples prises électriques dans le box. Prises non alimentées par le courant .
Recharger une voiture hybride avec une prise domestique ne consomme pas plus que quelques machines à laver ou des appareils en veille.
- Résidence très calme.
