J'ai connu cet appartement il y a une dizaine d'années et je peux affirmé qu'il s'est bien dégradé depuis. Qq retouches de peintures sans gouts (beau lambri d'origine mais mal peint en blanc et autour cuisine), une salle de bain qui s'est nettement dégradé ( joint baignoire et carrelage moisi, lampe évier hs et chauffe serviette quasi hs) , un balcon sale avec fientes d'oiseaux sur barre d'appui et un lit clic clac dont les ressorts sont hs . Quel dommage car il avait son charme dans le passé!
