We informed the agency that the WIFI was really poor or not available and they provided a hotspot. But with 3 kids, a single hotspot is not sufficient. We were told on Monday someone would come to fix this. Also we informed them there are wasps on the balcony in front of the jacuzzi. This would also be taken care of the next working day, but we have not see or heard anyone the whole week.
