Je signale deux détails (également signalés à l'agence) :
les clenches de la porte d'accès au balcon et de la fenêtre étaient dévissées (la clenche reste dans la main quand on ouvre);
le bac de l'aspirateur était plein (il n'avait pas été vidé depuis longtemps).
