Différence entre les photos qui laissent présager d'un logement tout neuf alors qu'il ne l'est pas du tout ! Manque un parasol car impossible de profiter de la terrasse. Electroménager vieillissant. Trop de mobilier (ou trop grand) par rapport à la surface du logement, difficultés de circulation dans l'appartement + manque de rangements.
