Si on avait pu eviter d'aller à l'agence et de faire la queue et plutôt trouver les clés sur place, on aurait préféré (l'agence n'avait pas de valeur ajoutée et ils etaient plutôt débordés. Par ailleurs, on ne nous a donné qu'un jeu de clé et quand nous nous sommes rendus compte, nous avons du attendre le lundi pour récupérer un 2ème jeu qui n'avait malheureusement pas la clé du local a ski. Par ailleurs, il n'avait pas assez de place de parking pour la résidence ce qui etait bien problematique.
