Rapport catastrophique avec l'agence Cruz. Double débit de la caution et des draps. Pas assez de draps le premier jour. Il a fallu se déplacer pour aller les chercher. Ils gardent la caution jusqu'au 11/1. Pourquoi ? En revanche, Châtel réservation toujours au top. Merci
