Etat des lieux fait nous même, sans personnel de l'agence : il manquait de nombreux couverts et verres, nous avons modifié tout ce qu'il fallait mais cela nous a pris une heure.
Salle de bains pas du tout propre : de nombreux moucherons dans le bac à douche et sur le sol, il a fallu nettoyer en arrivant.
Pas d'eau chaude en arrivant, l'électricité a dû être remise au dernier moment.
Literie catastrophique : sommier qui grince, matelas qui s'enfonce.
