Appartement spacieux et lumineux, dommage pour l’état en général, à savoir :
Vitres sales : coulures
Miettes et cheveux sur les chaises et le mobilier
Literie de mauvaise qualité
Les alèzes ne sont pas changées entre chaque occupation, il y avait encore des cheveux sur le lit
