Unfriendly and difficult when picking up the keys.
So many documents and pages that needed to be signed ahead of travel. I consider myself a quite experienced traveler but I have never been to so much bureaucracy for renting an apartment. Ridiculous amount claimed for deposit when picking up the keys.
