Cela fait 2 fois que nous réservons 1 appartement à la résidence O rouge. Il y a 1 jaccuzzi éet exterieur et la première fois on a du appeler pour que le technicien vienne mette du produit car l'eau est devenue verte et sentait la vase. Cette fois l'eau commençait aussi à devenir trouble. J'avais appelé pour dire que je pensais que le technicien n'était pas passé. Il doit passer 3 fois par semaine et très sincèrement il ne passe PAS!!!!!
On ne profite donc pas du jaccuzi comme il le faudrait!

L'agence BO gère tout à distance, boite à clef, QR code pour checkin et check out, aucune interaction à moins de les appeler.
Les éléments que nous avons moins appréciés cette année:
- l'équipement du logement (cafetière pas digne d'un logement à +3KEUR la semaine, pas de coupe à champagne)
- une seule clef, qu'il faut systématiquement remettre dans la boite à clef, un jeu pour une famille de 5, ce n'est pas assez
- Découverte la veille de l'arrivée du montant de la caution
- Depart requis à 9h
