Le seul problème rencontré, c’est d’avoir la mauvaise surprise d’avoir le jacuzzi vide à notre arrivée. Sinon le reste était bien..

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience.
Pour des raisons d’hygiène et de confort, l’eau du jacuzzi est systématiquement renouvelée entre chaque location.
Le jacuzzi est normalement rempli le samedi en fin de journée, après l’intervention de l’agence immobilière. Nous espérons que cela a bien été le cas lors de votre séjour.
Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que le reste de votre séjour se soit bien déroulé et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement à Châtel.

Le gens du dessus ont laissé le spa allumé toutes les nuits. Les enfants criaient et hurlaient toutes les nuits a 2h du matin, 4h du matin, 6h. Nous avons eu des nuits horribles!!!!!!!!
