Le seul problème rencontré, c’est d’avoir la mauvaise surprise d’avoir le jacuzzi vide à notre arrivée. Sinon le reste était bien..

Nous vous remercions vivement pour votre réponse. Vos commentaires son précieux et nous permettent d’améliorer la qualité des services proposés. Nous vous précisons que l’eau du jacuzzi est changée systématiquement entre chaque client. Sauf erreur, le jacuzzi a été rempli le samedi en fin de journée après intervention de l’agence immobilière. Nous espérons que ce léger désagrément n’est pas impacté votre expérience dans ce logement. Au plaisir de vous revoir à Châtel !

Le gens du dessus ont laissé le spa allumé toutes les nuits. Les enfants criaient et hurlaient toutes les nuits a 2h du matin, 4h du matin, 6h. Nous avons eu des nuits horribles!!!!!!!!
