J'ai regretté que l'état des lieux ne se fasse pas en présence d'un représentant de l'agence immobilière, ni à l'entrée, ni à la sortie des lieux. j'ai dû rectifier de nombreuses choses (manquantes ou inexactes) sur la feuille fournie, et en l'absence de témoin je craignais que cela ne soit retenu sur la caution.
