L'appartement lui-même et son intérieur sont agréables, mais on remarque à plusieurs détails qu'il est vieillissant et qu'il aurait besoin de quelques travaux de rafraîchissement. Si le propriétaire n'ont plus un intéret, Si le propriétaire ne souhaite plus le garder, nous pourrions être intéresé :). En tous cas, la propreté était sale partout et il ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé. Nous recommandons à l'agence immobilière ou à Châtel Réservation d'effectuer des contrôles sur le ménage.

Quelques éléments absents dans le logement signalé à l’agence ainsi qu’un évier bouché signalé à l’agence. Mais dommage aucune intervention pendant le séjour.
Le logement est bien placé seule chose faire attention, troisième étage sans ascenseur.
